Sell the property or keep it: which leaves you richer by 2034?

Velindor answers that on your real numbers. You track everything you own across brokers, P2P, crypto and property, in any currency, then test what happens next.

No payment to join. You can optionally grab a founding seat next: €49/yr, locked for life.

How it works

From your balances to your net worth to your 2034

01

Type your balances, in any currency

Once per platform, you type what it's worth: your Mintos balance, the USDC you're staking, the units of an ETF, a property you own and the mortgage on it. A position in USD, CZK, PLN or any other currency converts to EUR, or to whichever currency you live in. No imports, no uploads, no linked accounts.

02

It keeps itself current

For listed assets you enter the units once and the price updates from public market data, so you don't retype a number every week. Currencies update on the official ECB daily rates, which keeps your USD and crypto honest in EUR between snapshots. Most months, keeping the whole picture current takes about 5 minutes.

03

Test what happens next

You build a scenario from dated decisions and watch the line redraw. Sell the flat in 2029 at its tracked value, pay off the mortgage at its computed remaining balance, then put what's left into an asset at a yield you choose. You can also add monthly contributions, a one-off windfall, or a growth rate per asset class. Name a scenario, duplicate it, change one decision, and compare the two side by side.

My own money sits across several brokers, a couple of P2P platforms, some crypto and property. For years I tracked it by hand in a spreadsheet, and before every real decision I rebuilt the projections from scratch: sell or keep, retire at this date or that one. Velindor is that spreadsheet, kept alive.

FAQ

Is Velindor live today?

Not yet. This is a pre-order, and the first version ships in Q3 2026 to founding members. The founding price and the refund terms are on the next page, before you pay anything.

Where does my data live, and will you ever link to my accounts?

No linking, ever: no bank connections, no API keys, no aggregators, and no document uploads. You type your snapshots, so we never see a statement. Your data lives in your browser by default, with encrypted sync on EU servers if you want your history on every device. Prices and currency rates flow in from public sources; your numbers don't flow out. Export to CSV any time, and delete it whenever you want.

Which platforms work at launch?

Anything with a value works from day one, because a platform is just a labeled snapshot. The asset classes are built in: brokerage holdings (IBKR, Degiro), P2P loans (Mintos, Bondora), crypto and staking, cash, property, and the mortgages against it. Auto-pricing covers European and US listings, including UCITS funds and Xetra tickers, plus major crypto, and currencies use the official ECB daily rates.

How powerful are the scenarios?

You chain dated events on your real positions: sell an asset at its tracked value, pay off a loan at its computed remaining balance, then put the proceeds into something at a yield you choose. You can add monthly contributions, a windfall, or a growth rate per asset class. Scenarios are saved by name, so you duplicate one, change a single decision, and compare them on one chart. Projections are models, not promises.

Who is behind this?

An EU-based developer and investor who tracked a spread of platforms in a spreadsheet for years. Velindor is independent, with no affiliation to any platform it works with.
